Real estate runs through Jeff Moxham’s veins and over the past three decades, Jeff has built one of the most trusted commercial real estate companies in greater Sydney.

The Moxham name has dominated the Sydney property market for three generations. Jeff’s father and grandfather were both lifelong, highly respected real estate agents and business owners. Today, Jeff extends that legacy with some of Sydney’s most significant sales under his belt and his firm, Moxham Commercial, committed to creating a culture that embraces personal and organisational growth.

Since embarking on his own business in 2014 under the Ray White Commercial banner, Jeff has consistently and methodically grown his firm. In the past six years alone, Jeff’s business transacted $1.3billion in real estate, brokering big-hitting deals such as the $380million sale of the Bakehouse Quarter, the $295million transaction of 88 Christie Street, St Leonards and the $96million sale of Surry Hills Shopping Centre.

Jeff started his career in 1996 in the Moxham family business; a leading real estate agency in Parramatta which was established in 1958 by Jeff’s grandfather. After a decade working for the family’s firm, Jeff decided to pursue a career in commercial real estate, joining the JLL team in 2006, where he rose through the ranks to dihere in NSW rector level. In 2014, Jeff took the leap into business ownership, partnering with the White Family to grow Ray White’s Commercial brand where Jeff started Ray White Commercial NSW. Following 8 very successful years with Ray White Jeff decided to harness the power of the family name with the launch of Moxham Commercial in February 2022.

A business leader, industry stalwart and active agent, Jeff’s skillset and mindset have been carefully honed through his commitment to learning and personal growth. He is passionate about preparing and supporting the next generation of leaders and launched the Moxham Mindset in 2021 – a podcast that explores personal growth, career fulfilment, high performance and wellbeing.

Today, Jeff is as much a mentor to his team as he is a trusted advisor to his clients. His firm is a purpose-driven, goal-oriented unit that adopts a strategic and human approach to every property transaction.
